Can I create several profiles with the same account?
For one profile, you need one Footbar account. However the same tracker can be used for several accounts but not simultaneously.
I have no memory left, how do I record my session?
Make sure to download all your previous sessions to empty memory before playing.
I can't select 7-a-side football or 8-a-side football, what can I do?
Indeed we do not propose a 7-a-side or 8-a-side options yet. Our artificial intelligence detects 5-a-side or 11-a-side based on the size of the pitch: large or reduced pitch. 7-a-side and 8-a-side are assimilated to 5-a-side.
How do I log out from my account?
Just go to the "Profile" view, click on the "Settings" icon on the top right, then again on the top right on the "Exit / Logout" icon.
How does the championship work?
Rules are simple: the more you play football each week, the more points you earn. Each week, you randomly join a pool of 20 new players in one of the 10 divisions that correspond to your level. At the end of each week, the top three will move up and the last three will move down.
How does the booster work?
The booster allows to multiply the points of a user depending on his/her division level. The booster multiplies by 1 when you are in D10, by 2 in D9, by 3 in D8 ... and by 10 when you are in D1.
Why do my points drop in July?
Every summer, the current season ends and your Footbar card drops back to 10. Don't panic, you will earn back quickly your points if you have a good level !
