Article 1 - OBJECT
The present conditions govern the sales by the company SPARTA TRADING LLC which distributes in Middle East statistical sensors for football players.
These products are described and presented.
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, if errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, the responsibility of SPARTA TRADING LLC could not be engaged.
The photos representing our products are only indicative.
These photos, as well as the texts illustrating the products, are not part of the contractual field.
Article 2 - PRICES
The prices presented on the site or the online store are final. They are guaranteed subject to typographical or printing errors.
The prices of our products are indicated in AED including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs.
In case of an order to a country other than United Arab Emirates, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the competence of the company SPARTA TRADING LLC. They will be at your charge and are your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and competent bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in AED.
The company SPARTA TRADING LLC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of SPARTA TRADING LLC until full payment is received.
Attention: as soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage of the products are transferred to you.
Article 3 - ORDERS

The contractual information is presented in English and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.
The company SPARTA TRADING LLC reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.
Article 4 - VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER
Any order appearing on the Internet site www.footbar.me supposes the adhesion to the present General Conditions. Any confirmation of order involves your full and complete adhesion to the present general conditions of sale, without exception or reserve.
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be worth proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of this.
The confirmation of the order will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of the information of your order and these General Conditions, will be communicated to you in e-mail via the e-mail address of confirmation of your order.
Article 5 - PAYMENT
The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated.
The payment of your purchases is made by credit card through the secure system STRIPE.
The debit of the card is made only at the time of the expedition of the order. In case of split deliveries, only the shipped products are debited.
Article 6 - REFUND & EXCHANGE
Returns
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we will charge a return shipping fee per tracker of AED 10 from UAE and AED 50 from outside UAE if you choose to return your order or cancel it after it was first shipped.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product. Cost of Delivery to be bared by customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Merchant must detail the return, refund, and cancellation policy clearly on the Website to inform Cardholders of their rights and responsibilities.

- The product was damaged in shipping.
- The product is tampered.
Cancellation & Replacement
The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed:

Article 7- AVAILABILITY
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site www.footbar.me and within the limits of available stocks. For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by mail. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.
In addition, the website www.footbar.me is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Therefore, SPARTA TRADING LLC reserves the right to refuse orders of more than 20 identical items.
Article 8 - DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page.
In case of delay in shipping, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated.
In the case of deliveries by a carrier, the company SPARTA TRADING LLC cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposed appointments.
Article 9 - WARRANTY
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of hidden defects. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded - see Article 6.
Article 10 - RESPONSIBILITY
The products offered are in accordance with the UAE legislation in force. The responsibility of SPARTA TRADING LLC cannot be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities about the possibility of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.
Furthermore, SPARTA TRADING LLC shall not be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
Finally, SPARTA TRADING LLC shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular a service interruption, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 11 - APPLICABLE LAW IN CASE OF DISPUTE
The language of this contract is the English language. The present conditions of sale are subject to UAE law. In case of dispute, the UAE courts will be the only ones competent.
Article 12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements of the site www.footbar.me are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company SPARTA TRADING LLC. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, the elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound. Any simple link or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without the express written consent of the company SPARTA TRADING LLC.
Article 13 - PERSONAL DATA
